Very nice, healthy tree. Worth the money :)
I’ve had my Jade for 2 weeks now. I ordered on a Wednesday, it was shipped Thursday, and arrived Friday, so came very quickly. I live in Ohio and it’s winter so was concerned about the temps, but ordered on “warmer” days and it arrived just fine. It was very well packaged.. except the back of my tree is quite a bit larger and seemed to have been crammed in so it lost a lot of leaves. Only way this could have been avoided is perhaps a larger box. I put my tree where it gets a good amount of indirect light. It arrived pretty wet so I let it dry out for a week before I gave it any water, then just gave it a couple ounces. I put some of the rocks in the tray and added some water to it as well hoping that would help. It had continued to drop leaves after arriving but I think that was just loose ones from shipping as it seems to have stopped now. Overall I am very happy with the quality of this tree, and after having it a couple weeks it seems very healthy. If it dies now it’s probably my fault lol. I would buy from this seller again.

Beautiful Jade Bonsai, but came with a split upper trunk.
It's a beautiful Jade Bonsai, but unfortunately mine came split at the top of the trunk where it branches out. It was packaged perfectly & the box it came in was undamaged. It just looks like it was a natural weakness due to the weight of the top branches. I wired it up and it's still alive. It's so beautiful I don't want to return it. I'll just buy a new one if this one dies. Hopefully it was just bad luck that mine split. I'm giving a 4 rating though, because if they packed it with something like packing peanuts to support its heavy branches during delivery, then this wouldn't have happened.

This rosemary plant is absolutely beautiful and smells great!! The plant was shipped in a very protective packaging and looked great right out of the box. The plant is very full and lively. The pot that it comes with looks great and it comes with plenty of small rocks to make the rosemary plant look even nicer. I will definitely purchase more plants from this company!

Love my bonsai but it's my second purchase of bonsais( different company and type the first purchase). They both developed bugs so I am sure they insects are in the soil. Sat both outside for a while and they seem to be doing better.

Just as promised. The tree was delivered quickly, very well packaged and just as described. Beautiful. Follow the directions packed inside, this mini tree should be kept cool and with adequate watwr, but given the opportunity to dry in between waterings.
