The board is pretty short which does make it difficultb for me. Also, it Angles off of the roller but I'm a 55 yo grandma type. Athletic hubby had no problem hopping on and rolling away on it! I try to get on once a day over the last ten days and the most difficult thing for me is to get the end off the floor. I've only made it for several seconds at a time. Like a three second full- body work out. Lol.TWO weeks later: proficiency is greatly improved but the short board still dies angle off. Also, i never received any suplementary items.

I’ve had several different balance boards before purchasing this one and I have to say this is by far my favorite. It is a pretty simple design, but great for all around balance. You can easily maneuver in all directions, so your proprioreceptors all get some training. It comes with a bag which is great for storage and protecting the board. The added items - jump rope and bands - are just a great bonus for any workout routine. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

This contraption scared the bejesus out of my partner, when he tried it and never looked at it again - similarly to the other less than favorable review. I, on the other hand, figured I would give it a chance and work on my balance. I have being seen progress. He's impressed on how the hell I can actually stand on this thing without slipping off. My core is definitely stronger and I am not using it at my standing desk.

Grip tape under the board started to come off.Looking at the board closer its cheaply made.Should be $10 - $15 cheaper to be a more accurate price point.

My Ice Hockey’03 son just LOVES this balance board.He takes it everywhere, School, practice, games or at home - he’s on it everyday for at least an hour.

Bought this for my daughter to work on balance and she seems to really like it. She uses it while watching TV to train for hockey. It seems well made and does what it is supposed to do. The extra items that it comes with are a good bonus.

Board is way too long, even a little lean and you’re touching the ground which leaves no room to gain stability on your own. None of us in our household have been able to use this product and we’re all athletes. Not sure if the measurements are just off with this one, but we are not impressed.

Bought this for my son who is a hockey player. He can incorporate this into a lot of his workouts. He absolutely loves it and it’s a great challenge for him. Great core workout. Jump rope and bands are flimsy but still useable, otherwise the balance board is solid. Worth the money.
