It's a 3" PVC T, with a 1.5" reducer and a vent cap. Literally $6 worth of parts they are selling for $30. Worse yet, it's the junky thin PVC (not schedule 40), so the winter cold will probably crack it. Just go to the hardware store and buy a (schedule 40) 3" T, and a 3" to 1.5 inch reducer.
