Absolutely beautiful product! It's well packaged and looks really nice. I played "Happy Birthday" (the only song I know) and it sounded good. The keys are engraved with numbers and letters - easy to read but subtle enough to not distract from the instrument's beauty.That being said, I'm not a musician; I'm a teacher. I bought it to show my students. I can't attest to its quality as a true instrument.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the accompaning book supposedly shows how to play "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" but neither I nor my more musically-adept daughter could get it to sound even closer. I'm not sure if it's bad instructions or an issue with the instrument's tuning.

We got this as a birthday gift for our daughter and she loves it. It really has a very nice sound for such an inexpensive instrument. I would give it five stars, except one of the keys is mostly dead, kind of like striking a muted guitar string.I offered to seek a replacement but my daughter loves it so much she said she would love with the dead key. Overall I would gladly recommend this and I suspect that most instruments are a really great experience.

Keys are too stiff. Impossible to correctly tune. Pay a bit more and get something of higher quality.

This is a lot of fun, though the book didn’t tell you a whole lot about reading sheet music or tuning

It’s pretty great comes with all the stuff you need I did notice one crack on the back of mine but other then that it’s pretty nice
