idk what i expected but this thing works really well for me. the plastic head piece made trimming really easy, and the lady bits shaver got so close it literally looks like i waxed down there. i could get in all the little crevices with the different pieces, and i’m not experiencing any irritation and FINALLY i’m able to shave down there without knicking myself.i’ve seen a few reviews saying it dies quickly or doesn’t charge??? but i’ve only used it once, so i guess i’ll see how that goes. so far, i REALLY like it.

Have been using this unit for 4 months now and have had zero issues. It gets the job done and was well worth the purchase price. Have had more expensive name brand models before that didn't work as well as this unit. I should note I use it only for the underarms/bikini area so I can't attest to how well it would work for shaving legs on a regular basis.

I guess you get what you pay for right? In the middle of shaving my intimate area this shaver cut off. Mind you its been less than a hour since it was delivered) So im thinking hmm must need a recharge. Ladies i was wrong. I let this thing charge for at least 20 mins. It wouldnt cut back on at all! So imagine me there halfy shaved and running even more late to the beach. Needless to say i couldn't go with my girls to the beach unless i wore shorts and whats the sense in that when i just brought a nice sexy bathing suit. So sitting home with the extra time on my hands now i decided to speak with a amazon rep thinking my problem would be solved. Wrong... Oh so wrong. I was told that i couldnt get a replacement and in order to get a refund i must ship it back. I dont know how sanitary THAT is and after stating that the rep replied these are amazons rules and regulations. Oh well. On top of that im expected to go out and find a amazon drop off location. What a laugh. This overall experience was troubling and insane. Moving forward im looking to now have to purchase yet another shaver elsewhere and HOPE it works. Ps. I ended up shaving the rest of my area with a regular razor which i waa REALLY trying to avoid. Good luck with this product if you decide to buy it.

Bought this after seeing the positive reviews but not happy with the purchase. It is not that clean or close shave experience as marketed, left with lot of stubble. And also looks and feels cheaply made.

This was a great little shaver the first time I used it. The second time I used it, it died halfway through, so put it on the charger and it refuses to charge. Tried different outlets/bases and I get nothing. I'm soo mad right now. Don't waste your money. It's too late to return it, so I just paid $17 to shave 3 legs. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Bought this instead of replacing the one advertised on TV & new they advertise for eyebrows. This will do it all. Of course it isn't a close for shaving my legs as a manual shaver but works for quick work. The one I'm replacing the battery died but none of the 3 batteries worked as well as the original one. Hope this one is better. The price was good. The facial & nose head work well, no pulling.
