Not for me.
Not crazy about this, wish I would have chosen one of the others. It is a bit too deep (top to bottom) and it is not wide enough (side to side)..You have to be very careful using it while driving: Once, I found that my fingers got caught between the steering wheel an the Sun Blocker, and for a moment I could not move them. It was a panicky moment. If you are not careful, it will get in the way of holding the wheel. Also, I find that it is not wide enough. It seems that I am always shifting It over from one side of the visor to the other to try to block the sun.One day, I decided to call their Office and let them know how it was working out for me; I thought they would be pleased to hear from a customer. They were not happy that I called, and did not want to hear anything. Apparently, they do not want feedback.

I am a truck driver. With the windshield being so big and the fact that I am short, there is always a huge void that the sun visor just cannot cover. This is exactly what I was looking for. The visor extender flips down and helps eliminate the glare. The only improvement that I can suggest would be to have the tinting a little darker at the top and have it gradually blend in. But I like it

It's a Glare Reducer, NOT a Sun Visor
It's not really a 'sun visor’, but more like a 'glare reducer’. If block the sun, it's totally ineffective. It's no where near the dark brown tint shown in the top pic (of the 6 vertical pics shown in the ad). It's almost clear, as shown in the 2nd & 3rd down. Using their description, there is no way this will help you "avoid difficult and dangerous driving into the early morning or evening sun"The mounting clip is for newer (thicker) visors, so it won't stay on vehicle with thinner visors, without a shim.I sent mine back.Those are the facts. Here is my empirically arrived at opinion. Amazon Buyers- Beware of 4/5 star reviews, with less that at least a hundred reviews (sadly, perhaps even more) JMHO

This visor works great. It extends down and sideways
This visor works great. It extends down and sideways. I purchased this because when we drive a distance the visor in the car is never long enough to eliminate sun penetration. I do not like any sun to hit me in the face and this visor eliminates that. This was a perfect purchase. Will be buying a second visor for my car.

Sturdy and easy to use
This is a good solution for those days when the sun is just everywhere when you're driving. My only note is that I wish it had an extender on the side because once in a while, the sun is just beyond where the visor ends. But it's much sturdier than the one I previously had, easy to use.

Well made tinted visor

It Works
I mounted this item on the passenger side visor of my Toyota Highlander because my wife is shorter than I am and the visor doesn't block the sun for her. It fit perfectly and works very well. I recommend it.
