Like this shampoo . Gentle tear free and gets my dog clean. Like that it's concentrated also can mix/dilute if needed.

COAT HANDLER CONDITIONERIt made my Bichon's coat very silky and soft; but following the application she was uncontrollably itching. I used 1 Tbsp to a gallon of water and left it on.

The Coat Handler coat conditioner 15 to 1
Good product! Almost half way through a 16 oz bottle and do suggest that you vary the amount of product to water until you find what works for you. I use mine in a spray bottle to apply. Never rinsed out yet as the product only enhances the coat and helps greatly with grooming the coat so I cannot give a comment on the rinsing out of this product. Will say that the shipping seems high to me for this product. High shipping cost a star .... the product gets 5 stars!
