The Bake Essentials silicone 2 pack baking mats are must have addition to your baking kit. You will never have to use butter, cooking sprays or parchment paper again! You will save on both money and calories. The mat is made with FDA (USA) and LFGB (Europe) approved silicone. The mats are oven, microwave and freezer safe. They can also be used for all kinds of dough on your countertop. The pre-printed one inch grid will make it easy for you to place and shape your baked goodies. The larger mat has pre printed circles to make evenly shaped and spaced cookies! Note - if you are baking cookies that expand(like chocolate chip) don't fill up the circle completely - leave a little space for expansion, otherwise you may have some overflow. If you are making shortbread, which doesn't expand too much, go ahead and fill it up all the way. The mats will not absorb food orders or flavors and are perfect for the avid baker or the seasonal holiday cook. Cleaning instructions: wash with warm soapy water or even throw it in the dishwasher on low temperature cycle. Sharp objects will damage the silicone. It is not advisable to use it for cutting.
