Worst Experience Ever on Amazon
This has been an absolute headache. All I wanted was a genuine DJI battery. It said it would arrive in a month, I was okay with that. But it did not arrive until 2 months later. And when it did arrive, it did not work. When connected to my drone it said, "Battery Cell is Broken, stop using the battery and return it to factory for repairing"When I contacted Amazon Support, they were less than helpful. They "escalated your issue for A to Z claim you will get your refund between 3 to 5 business days". Then I would message again and they would say the same thing. Still no resolution and I am still sitting here with a broken battery. I feel as if I have been scammed out of my money and I am not sure if I will ever get my money back.Buyer beware: do NOT buy from this seller...
