GOQii Fitness Tracker with Personal Coaching (No separate charger. Integrated USB charger present on device)

Nice product. Worth the price paid. The beauty is assignment of a Coach. My coach is an excellent motivator and provides feedback regularly. The only drawback is that Ai fo not get WhatsApp notification on my tracker. Can someone help, please.

So while I have been regular at staying fit, GOQii has helped me understand how to manage my fitness regime well. The Coach has been a big help in setting the expectations right and working towards the decided goals. Two weeks into the system, GOQii has become a great companion.

It counts steps when I'm riding on the bike or when I'm traveling, which I don't think that is okay.The software is great.The coach they provided was a very good thing. It did help me understand where I was going wrong with respect to my food habits.

Goqii offers unmatched ecosystem. The band and the coaching is something no other product offers. The band is of good material and the tracker also does its job daily well. Anyone going for this band wont regret . They also offer facility to change the coach in case you find the coching not satisfactory.Battery: lasts more than a week. I wear it daily from morning till bed time.Build quality: superb, skin friendly, however for me some times i find it irritating.Tracker: charging though laptop port or mobile charger port. It comes as a USB.Cons: the tracker tracks your journey in car or motor bike as step counts.Made in china: i just wish goqii could make these bands in india itself.

I had purchased this tracker in March-2017, I have devided the review into two parts one for the tracker and other for the App.Tracker.-------------------The tracker is pretty easy to use and has decent response to touch, it seamlessly connects to find phone as well.The issues were the steps count and HRM, initially the step counts were off by atleast 25%, when I got in touch with the customer support, they made an update available for me, after numerous updates the step counts were off by 10%.Sadly after the last updated on that tracker the tracker stopped working, since the tracker was under warranty, it was replaced.The new tracker had issues with the step count as well. The sad part is around September this year the replaced tracker too stopped working, on raising a complaint ticket the customer support did not respond for around three weeks, they contacted me only after Posted my issue on their FB page.The customer support calmly told me that the device I have is no longer serviceable and I need to purchase a new one.Surprising that they can't service their own product thats just a year old.The tracker was such a waste of money.App.----------The app is pretty user friendly and they are adding new features all the time. Syncing was never a problem. Kudos to the app development team.

Still I am not understand how to start.No support from manufacturers after so many request or call.

I bought the goqii smart band in 2017 with 3 month subscription plan, was on a journey to reduce weight . According to subscription I met with coach who guide me properly & she was indeed a good motivator. Her personal guidance & my approach help me to reduce 9 kg of weight. It's 2018 still I am using not subscribed though . I previously used various samrt bands infact xiaomi smart band too but its durability is less than goqii infact goqii is waterproof too u can swim dive everything . Overall my journey with goqii is awesome since 2017
