I use this on my laptop table that I use with my adjustable bed. It is strong enough to keep your drinks safe. It also has the slot to accommodate a coffee mug. Since it's a clip you do need clearance of at least 3" on the top and bottom of your table. I didn't think of that when I ordered it but it still worked on my laptop table. It came on time, well packaged and it was a smooth transaction. I recommend!

I cut the "beak" shorter to suit my chair's arm width, and added a block inside the beak to take up slack because the chair arms are fairly thin. This is a sturdy product, decent spring, fits most everything I put in it without wobble.

This thing is great... as long as you use unusually small mugs. I bought this so I could keep my coffee/tea off my desk, and the idea is great. I put a glass of water in it and it works as intended. However, when I went to try a typical mug I use for my morning tea, it didn't fit. I went and got a smaller mug. Didn't fit. Then I looked for the smallest mug I own, and it still didn't fit. Yes, there's a cut-out for a handle, but it does you no good if the circumference of the mug doesn't even fit in the intended opening. Bummer.

Good little product, but it has some build issues. The bolt throught the middle has plastic caps on either side, and they are not hammered in flush to the bolt. Well worth the price, as they were cheap!

I was skeptical whether this would work. I'm so clumsy I need something like this. It works well. Just make sure whatever you are clipping it to is the right thickness. Too thick it won't work. I am really satisfied with it.

I bought these as teachers Christmas presents. I think they will be appreciated. They can hold a coffee mug, a paper cup or a water bottle and the spring that holds the clip part seems sturdy enough

Awesome invention! Good quality and saves us from spills in the rec room where we have no coffee table.
