If Massive Attack's "Blue Lines" had been a rap album instead of a ...whatever it is...then it could have sounded like Time Capsule. No idea what happened to these guys, but anyone with an interest in UK hip hop/Rap should try and hunt down a copy of this album. Vast soundscapes are created using fairly traditional instruments, but the hip hop beats and rapping  provide a unique angle. I have about 400 hip hop albums but none of them sound quite like this - no mean feat for a genre which is comparatively restricted in terms of variation.
