Did not find it easy to use. You need to connect it with your phone and it doesn`t show correct location.

Will it work on Lyca SIM card in London?
Hi, will this watch works with Lyca sim cards in London ? When I tried it just showed 'No Network Bars' in the watch.

Difficult to set up.
Difficult to set up, seller tried to be helpful with this but I still haven’t got it set up properly after 2 weeks! Daughter is happy with it though.

Dont touch with a bargepole
When I buy a product, I like it to work..I must say it switches on, after that its all downhill. Instructions are poor, the watch itself is okay quality, I am just gutted that having bought it as a birthday present in advance for my daughter, by the time I opened the box and attempted to set it up, it was not eligible to be returned!!SO I returned to town centre, bought her a mini fitbit for cheaper than what I paid, and she was happy.. Its all about the kids being happy.I however was not!! Save your money, you should not need a degree in IT to be able to set up a watch for a 10 year old, and I'm usually not beaten by tech stuff..

Disappointed
Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. Initially we thought the poor battery life was due to her using it so much as she was delighted. No so, battery life is really poor requiring charge up to three times a day. Bitterly disappointing. In addition, the messaging facility has stopped working.

Nice kids watch
Nice watch bought for my 7 year old for Christmas. Has lots of features and great that you can put SIM card in to call if needed as my daughter doesn’t have a phone. Contacted seller to ask a question and they emailed back quickly.

Easy to use
Bought three of these watches for the grandchildren for as christmas presents. They love them and can keep in touch with each other. Slight problem with the accuracy of the tracker but the kids love them.

Important sim issue
Please could someone contact me to discuss how we get the smart watch to accept the SIM card as we currently cannot use it because it won’t accept a sim
