I use this scale for making bread, I have used it for over two years, before I ordered it I read the reviews and noticed a problem with the scale, but the return policy was so good that I took a chance, my work history gave me an advantage, I worked in R&D in electronics, and the problem that was complained the most about the product was inconsistency, I thought possible the problem was electrostatic. Upon receiving my scale I gave it a checkout and sure enough the scale locked up and I had to power it down and start over, and again after a time it locked up, the fix was simple, the plate on top of the scale that you place whatever you are going weight rest on four rubber pads, this insulates the top plate from the electronics below, I simple took some aluminum foil crumpled it up and placed it below the plate so that it made contact with the two screws that secure the frame with the four rubber pads on it to the electronics below. This grounded the plate above to the electronics below eliminating the electrostatic problem. The only other problem I have had is with the connector that connects the power supply to the scale, they used a cheap audio connector which I will fix when I get around to it. This scale is a true bargain, where can you find a scale that will weigh something that is 10 kilograms +/- 0.1 grams for this price?

I bought this almost a year ago and have been using it a few times a month, it's good and reliable. I liked the metal tray as you can easily clean that when you need to. recommended

Every once and a while the scale has a seizure and needs to be turned off to fix it. Other than that it's perfect for what we do. When the scale started to act up the badly company replaced it. Quite happy with that

It works fine at beginning, but I realize the weight is always change and inaccurate. it's very disturbing when we need this scale for working.

We have been using this scale several hours a day for a couple of weeks now. Very accurate and stable. This seller is totally legit and responds to any concerns within a few hours. Recommended.

We ordered 2 scales and 1 is just fine. Takes accurate weights and stays on without fail. But then there's the 2nd scale. The adapter cord is a loose fit causing it go off easily. And you have to select tare multiple times to clear the scale display screen.
