Not a sports fan, but this is the best hot and cold pack ever, ever! Simple to use and smart, quality construction and design. I use it for heat to relieve back or neck pain. The instructions are clear and simple. The duration of the heat is amazing. It stinks to have to keep adjusting heat level on a heating pad or having to keep re-heating a hot pack or throw away the portable ones = such a waste to the environment. This smart concept design and simple quality construction is exceptional. I haven't tried the ice feature, yet, but the design should make that excellent, too. Fabulous product! I just bought five to give to friends and family…. worried this won't be available, if I wait - some excellent products go unnoticed and production ends…. I recommend highly with no reservation!

I bought one for my wife at Costco. The product was great. Kept heat for many hours. The instructions were very clear. Followed all the instructions and the heating cushion started leaking only after 2 months use. Idk if it was because she used it daily?

I got got this for my girlfriend for when we work on our laptops for long hours in a coffee shop during the winter. This transportable cushion makes any wooden chair comfortable AND provides her with some additional heat during the cold Nebraska winters. I highly recommend it!

This thing works. I know tat it stays warm for a long time, and when it cools it is still nice and soft to sit on.

The Lava Seat is perfect for anyone who needs to sit on a cold &/or hard surface! All you have to do is heat the gel insert in the microwave for 2 minutes on each side, slide it back into the quilted cover and you will have a warm seat for hours.I purchased the Lava Seat from this seller and it arrived very quickly - I would definitely purchase from this seller again!

I bought this for my father in NH. It was too late for football season but he's been using it in his car during the cold snap and loves it. The gel pack did leak within 2 months; he brought it to BB&B and they replaced it. I had sent a 2nd one for his girlfriend that's had no problems.
