It's just okay
I bought it to help with my neck muscles. It's just okay. I find it challenging to get it to work. The beads on the stick are flat so it doesn't provide a strong massage.

I love the ball
I love the ball. I used it on my foot I have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis and this works perfectly. I was a little disappointed on the stick though. there is no give to it there is a solid metal bar in between. it doesn't even bend slightly which I had one before this one that bent just enough so you can get in between your shoulders and else where. f
