I also have had great success with the Alpatroinx cases on two different iPhones BUT NOT SO ON THE iPHONE 11 pro. In the other cases, the best feature was that I could transfer data back and forth and use a regular USB charger to charge the iPHONE. Since the 11 has the smaller charge plug the Alpatronix does NOT charge the phone consistently. I always had great success and help from Alpatronix when I had a question before but when I reported this, all I got was a series of questions and no offer to help. It leads me to believe this is a known issue. So I for one am a VERY DISAPPOINTED customer. **Q: Can you use the 18W Apple (or compatible) fast charger with this case?** A: Hello, and thank you for your question! You cannot use the USB-C to Lightning cable to charge this device. You can only use the (older) original apple cable that has the traditional USB-A on one side, and the lightning chip on the other side. To your question, as the 18W Apple charger utilizes the USB-C output, you won't be able to use that to charge this case. You will need to use a traditional charger to charge this device. Having said that, all current battery cases in the market utilize a 1A input, while the Alpatronix battery case has a 1.5A input/output. That means this battery case provides you 50% faster charging (both during charging the case, as well as when the case is charging your phone) than any other battery case in the market.
