TOTALLY LOVE IT
As a nursing student, we are required to have a pulse ox reader. This is WAAAAYYY worth the money you pay for it. We checked the accuracy of different ones students had bought this was 1# out of 11 different brands. 10000000% would recommend!

Good only for rough measurements
(1) Usually when we test 4 different people, the range is 95-99% for *each* person. (It goes up and down, usually up.) So it doesn't seem especially accurate. It's probably good enough for detecting decreased lung capacity due to COVID-19.(2) The battery direction is contrary to what you'd expect. In every other device I've seen, the negative side goes against the spring, and the positive side against the solid plate. However, in this device, *one* battery is inserted normally like that, and the other is inserted in the *opposite* direction. Pay attention to the +/- markings inside the battery compartment.(3) The user manual was clearly written by a non-native speaker. Most of it is understandable, but there are also things like, "Please don't measure this device with function test paper for the device's related information."

A worthwhile investment during the pandemic
I bought this when I read that people were presenting at hospitals w/very reduced oxygen counts, but not feeling any shortness of breath or respiratory distress. This item reads both your oxygen saturation level (anything below 95% should get your attention) and your pulse. This is not a medical grade item, but accurate enough and good value for money to keep one's eye on a potential red flag during these uncertain times.

Inaccurate
We just received the Oximeter and it is not Giving accurate results, says my heart rate is 50, when I can take it and my Apple Watch is registering 85. Shows my oxygen level low, I cannot trust this device as it’s not accurate information on my heart rate!!

Well made, has held up for several months
It uses easily rechargeable AAA batteries. Has held together well, and seems accurate, though I have not callibrated it. The pink color was not my first choice, but all that was available. We got one to monitor these two data points for everyone in the family every day. Some MDs claim that lower blood saturation can be an early indicator of COVID-19.

Works easily, steady accuracy and not finicky
This was not my first choice, but the first to arrive, and so far, the best. Like all, it wants a finger properly on sensor but this is NOT tricky to do. Works well, reliably and takes HR and O2 measurement with little to no difficulty, and displays clearly. Resistant member of household can use without aid = all good.

Great product to have during the Pandemic!
This is very easy to use and read your results! If you don’t get a reading, readjust on your finger, it has only done this once though. Great to have with the coronavirus going on our country, we check our blood oxygen every few days.
