Instant Pot™ Springform Pan

I haven't use this yet but the quality is really good, nice and heavy.

I've made two cheesecakes in my Instant Pot with this and haven't had any issues. I didn't have any problems removing the cheesecake from it, and it cleaned very well afterward. I hand-washed it in hot water and made sure it was completely dry before storing. It was used in a 6-qt cooker and fit very well. I wasn't able to use the handles on the cooking rack included with my IP because there wasn't room for the handles of the rack to remain upright after inserting the pan, but I was able to make a "sling" out of aluminum foil and used it to place the pan in the IP and remove it afterward. Very pleased with my purchase!

I love this, it's the perfect size for my instant pot and it's nice and high. It's got a good seal, no water seeped in. I purchased and returned a couple other pans that weren't as high and were made of cheap material. This one is worth the price.

Bella teglia, solido materiale. Limite molto importante a mio avviso.
