Tight on a medium sized wrist.
I use the large band for my Apple Watch, and am about 4 holes in from the end normally. So I would say I have a medium sized wrist for a woman. This fits very snug.Also does not dry quickly if it gets wet. Not a deal breaker by any means but just an FYI!

Very tight!
Really cute and seems to be good quality but sadly I can't wear it. I'm pretty thin and have small wrists and it was really tight. Doesn't have much stretch at all either. I'll be giving it away.

It doesn’t move (unless you move it), but it isn’t blood flow restricting. I wear it all the time and the color hasn’t changed. I get compliments on it all the time!
