Find a good local consultant, don't buy this. Contact some local companies that are ISO 9001 certified and find a good local consultant. This manual is very broad and does not contain the procedures. The procedures are the true meat and potatoes of your quality program. Know what procedures to right and how detailed to right them is the hard part. You will not get any of that with this manual. A good local consultant will.

This is a good item simple to understand and follow, but it is more useful to someone just starting the ISO process. The format is geared toward writing policies instead of use as a reference to the standard.

It lack form and great detail and its too general in term. I was looking for more forms and specific detail to meet my needs.

Good quick review of ISO 9001:2008.If you want a quick way to jog your memory, this will do it !

I purchased this quality manual thinking it was a quality manual? I was hoping it contained details on specific requirements required for my companies certification. It is instead a collection of templates allowing your company to create its' own quality manual? Insert company logo here, insert quality statement there. What a complete waste of money! I would also add a complete waste of time but as I read through the entire document in about 25 seconds my time invested was very little. It actually took considerably more time to purchase this piece of poorly represented piece of crap on Amazon than it did to read the entire document. Is this someones idea of a joke? Is this typical of the quality industry in general? Are a collection of templates containing my companies logo intended to make it a better manufacurer? Do slogans, mission statements & theme songs actually accomplish anything? Is there any substance at all left in our civilization? Does it actually matter if my opinion is "liked" by you or your hundreds of popularity contest idiot digital friends!

This Quality Manual makes it very easy to develop customized Quality Manual that meets the ISO9001:2000 standard for any type of a company.
