While the unit did keep my DJI Osmo Pocket dry underwater, it was TERRIBLE because absolutely every shot came out blurry and unfocussed due to the dome and materials used. The plastic was prone to fogging due to the heat produced by camera. The dome itself is far enough from the camera that it will try focussing on the dome yielding consistent blurry images/video. A friend of mine has the official DJI underwater housing, which worked PERFECTLY during his underwater excursion in the Philippines, which has very clear water. Because I decided to save a few dollars on a non DJI product, my vacation suffered in the underwater photos department. Never again.

Took this baby for a spin in the crystal clear waters around Haiti during my last cruise. It did not disappoint! Solidly built! Tight all around, water sealed nicely. Just make sure you rinse it out after use, don’t let that salt cause issues if you let it sit. Clear views, gimble can move....good seals, buttons work. Highly recommend it you want to take this Osmo into the water.

Water proof feature works great...however it doesn’t focus well underwater and when you come out, you need to wipe and clean the dome before recording above water again or it’ll just focus on the water droplets on the dome.

i was bought this for our Hawaii vacation. the original dji osmo pocket is not waterproof device like other action camera, so i need to buy a waterproof case to protect it from water damage. this waterproof case solid build quality, and i try to test it in my swimming pool before bring to the beach, it does work very well. the black plastic cover is very good to anti scratch when i'm carry it around. when it's strong sun, it may have some reflection, but when it under water, it will taking nice and clear photos and videos, i will recommend this for osmo pocket owner.

Now this is an update, problems I faced before were Operator Error. The danm thing works.

Was really looking forward to using this to capture my dives in Fiji. Unfortunately, because I did not lock my gimbal lens it would follow my subject fish and capture the seal seam of the housing unit.Pro: the unit did keep my Osmo dry and it did not fog. I did not use any of the anti-fog strips.Buttons were easy to useCon: too much of the video is of the seam. Perhaps if I had locked the gimbal head to only face forward it would have had a different outcome, but had I done so I would have limited the position I needed to be in taking away all spontaneous shots. I was also disappointed that I was not able to capture sound, I've had other housing units where sound was still available.I deleted all of the videos or I would have included them in this review. If I stumble across one I'll amend this review and include.

My Osmo Pocket could not focus at all under water.. Everything was blurry. It was fine if above water, but the moment you put it underwater, it would have trouble focusing on what was in front. I tried to put my hand front of the Osmo Pocket to see if I could help it a bit, but no dice.I was just snorkeling - maybe the deepest I went was 3-4 feet. After about 30 minutes, I also noticed the done fog up. The housing was sealed right, but there seems to be some moisture coming in. My Osmo survived, but this housing is worthless.
