Merena definitely makes the best post-surgical compression garments for after liposuction or a BBL, but with one problem -- they basically only fit if you're 5'6" or under. If you're even remotely tall, they are way too short and the straps will cut into your shoulder.This garment, the FBS2 (as well as the FBS) are the sole exception. Because they have removable suspender straps, it is easy to modify them to work with longer straps. Simply look up 18mm bra extenders, and you can use them to make the straps as long as you need.I'm 5'10", and had to do some minor sewing modifications to the above straps (to make them shorter), but the garment now fits super comfortable without digging into my shoulder at all.

I'd you know what I mean.The only draw back for me is I did put bra pads on over the part that you move to size it. For me it kind if dug in. I'm 6 weeks post-op from my tummy tuck with 360 lipo, and have been using a zippered faja along with an abdominal board that was provided by my surgeon's office. That one had become too loose, though, and wasn't providing any compression anymore. I also didn't like the way the zipper bunched up when sitting. My swelling at this point is pretty minor, but I still feel like I can benefit from support and compression for another month or two, so I bought this garment. It's extremely comfortable, the fabric is soft and smooth, and looks so much smoother underneath my clothes, especially since I don't need to use the abdominal board anymore with this one.Missing from this listing, though, is the size chart. I found a size chart on another listing for a similar garment by this brand, so I used that one to measure and determine my size. I'm 5'5", 175 pounds, hourglass shaped with a small waist and more weight in my butt and thighs. I usually wear a large in pants and a medium in tops, but I had to get the 2XL in this, according to my thigh measurements. If my legs were slimmer, I probably could wear an XL instead.What I don't like, though, is as others have mentioned, the straps rub against my armpits which is pretty uncomfortable. Also, for the price, I'd expect the legs to have a finished edge (it's just a raw cut edge) with something grippy to keep them from rolling up.

I love my medium Marena I ordered. It fit perfect But I've gotten smaller since the swelling of my tummy tuck has gone down. I really was depending on this garment to arrive in the mail and when it did I got an opened used large Marena that was damp. I was very disappointed. I already ordered another one with my fingers crossed.

This fit well and as expected. Initially one of the straps was twisted, it took a lot of effort to un-hook the strap and turn it the correct way. The loops for the adjustable straps are uncomfortable and rubbed the skin, leaving raw red marks after a full day of wear. Started wearing with a tank underneath (in addition to a bra, so lots of layers going on...) at which point I started to feel incredibly over-dressed and warm. It did help with the comfort, but the damage was done.... big ugly read marks on my rib cage are still healing.

Doesn't tear easy like others, very durable, great fabric, excellent fit
