Wounderful for the money it works great, just put in the batteries. And it was working. The only thing I have a concern. Is the quality of the materials it feels very cheap it is light and the battery over pops off when I accidentally drop it luckley it fell on the carpet. No damage but the cover popped off. But it works.

My Samsung remote that came with my TV stopped working for my streaming services. Purchased this. It allows me to use the streaming functions on my TV, but a lot of functions don't work, so it's a pretty clumsy work around. Using the center button to pause/restart does not work. ALSO the layout of the keypad is compressed so I end up pushing two buttons at once or have to be super careful to press only the button I want. GOOD: it was cheap and automatically synced to my TV. ALSO, I also purchased a $50 Sony replacement which had to be returned because it would not sync to my TV. So $10 pretty good for at least being able to access my streaming services again.

It works! We finally have a remote and it is awesome. The box says it comes with instructions, a receiver, and the remote. It did not. Only came with the remote, and I was concerned it would not connect. There was no problem, however; as soon as I put batteries in it worked like a charm. We will see if there are any future issues, but for now, I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Cheaply made, poor quality. Volume buttons do not work all the time, and there must be a 1-second delay between pressing volume button multiple times or it doesn’t register. I’m glad it required zero set up, connected to tv right out of the box, but overall not happy with this purchase. Will be ordering a different one!

This replaced an earlier version of this remote. The earlier one used AAA batteries (vs AA in this one). This is night and day in comparison. Much much better. I wouldn't call this product top quality, but it's inexpensive, and works pretty reliably.

This non-OEM remote was advertised as a direct replacement for the original Samsung remote; however, a number on the replacement remote do not align with the Samsung remote

Our remote died and this was a cheap investment and does everything it is supposed to do. Much better than buying a Samsung one!

Glad I decided to spend $30 and try this cloned Smart remote control rather than order the nearly $300 Samsung unit....Can't really explain the negative reviews here and can only say that this unit works GREAT imho....Maybe they didn't select the correct model number to correspond with their TVs. No pairing was needed - I just put 2 batteries in, turned on the TV, & VOILA = A fully functioning Smart TV remote control....It has no back-light feature, but I actually prefer it to the original remote that came with my TV.
