Plastic bristles....not soft at all!!
Do not buy this toothbrush if you have any kind of mouth issues. I have mouth sores and could not use this. The bristles are actually plastic. So basically I'm stuck with this due to the fact that it came from China & too pricy to ship back. Seller would've helped if it was defective but since it wasn't I'm stuck with a toothbrush I can't use! Luckily it wasn't expensive.

You'll need a normal toothbrush for a thorough cleaning..
This one is good in the morning for a quick brush. But at the end of the day you'll need to brush your teeth properly to actually clean them before bed.
