Do NoT Buy From this Seller- bad product and even worse is the lack of response
This would a negative star rating. Please do not buy from this vendor. They ignore you and the unit they gave me doesn’t work properly. This was by far the worst seller to buyer experience I’ve ever experienced. I bought this unit for my son and assembled it together per instructions however the car doesn’t move left or right using the remote control. I asked the seller to help..we went thru few troubleshooting steps (via email) of which none of it worked. Even had an mech engineer look at it. I’ve emailed this company 18 times to get a response to either have this unit returned and exchanged. The unit they gave me is faulty. They have not responded back to me nor have taken any effort to address my concern. I have been chasing them since April 2020 and have not heard from them. How many times can I follow up without a response? It’s poor service..it’s a poor product (expensive too). Please DO NOT BUY FROM TRUEMAX. I’ve reported them to the better business bureau for providing faulty units and also for not addressing these concerns. Just bad bad business practice.
