Nice for an wall hanger or cosplay.
Pros...It is what you pay for, a dull wall hanger/cosplay sword. The sale posting is accurate as far as what it is.Cons....The "leather" on the sheath is VERY wrinkled. The rat tail tang is tack welded to the blade on only one side. The belt was ripped off the sheath within 2 minutes of unboxing due to its cheap apperance. Please pay attention to the dimensions of the sword that are posted. In my hand this is a very small hand and a half sword. All in all, it will look nice on my wall.

The "King" in "King's Sword" means "Witch King of Angmar"
My family was doing a Lord of the Rings themed Halloween and I wanted a nice cosplay sword for the Lord of the Nazgul (aka: the Witch King of Angmar) costume. I had a cheap plastic costume sword but wanted something nicer in metal. I found these nicely priced swords and picked the one that looked "most like" the Nazgul/Wringwraith sword, and I almost laughed when it came in... the design, hilt and cross-guard are a dead-ringer for the plastic sword I already had. It even has the Eye of Sauron emblazoned on the scabbard. Obviously, the "King" in "King's Sword" means "Witch King of Angmar"... there's no doubt in that.As for the sword itself, I wouldn't take it out into a medieval battlefield, i'm sure it would disintegrate against a real sword in short-order, but if you just want a sword to LOOK the part for cosplay, Halloween, parties, etc, this sword is far better than a plastic $10 toy sword. It's of a good size, well over 3-feet in length (about 40") and feels sturdy enough for cosplay. It slides nicely into the scabbard, but all you get is the sword and scabbard... if you want to attach this to a belt, the scabbard has no direct method of doing so... you will need to purchase a "Sword Frog" that will allow you to attach the sword scabbard to a belt (here's a link to a cheap sword frog... BladesUSA PK-6182 Universal Leather Sword Frog, 8-Inch Overall ).In summary, you get good value for your $40... it's WAAAAY better than a plastic costume sword, but WAAAAY cheaper than a high-quality prop sword, but still feels solid and looks great for cosplay... if you just need a [Nazgul] sword for costumes and don't intend and smashing swords in combat, this will do you... I wouldn't trust this sword from breaking if you started whacking it against solid objects though. Overall, very happy with my purchase for the purpose I needed filled.

Excellent for the price!
To be clear, this is NOT an expertly fashioned combat-ready sword. If that's what you expect, you'll be disappointed. BUT, if you go into this purchase expecting a cheap display/costume sword, you'll be extremely pleased. With its $36 price tag, the "Knight's Sword" is just what I was looking for to complete my Game of Thrones costume without breaking the bank. I can't speak for the other sword options, but this is what I thought of the one I got:As others have mentioned, this sword contains a rat-tail tang and has an unsharpened blade made of stainless steal. These features, though not appropriate for a sparring or combat sword, are perfectly fine for a display or costume sword. Although the blade is not at all loosely connected to the cross-guard, don't bang it against anything too hard if you want it to stay intact. It certainly doesn't wobble though, and looks impressive when flourished through the air. I haven't found any broken or loose parts around the grip area, but I did see that the pommel doesn't quite meet the grip; however, this gap of a few millimeters should not be noticeable to most. Also there is a piece of foam or wood added inside the scabbard to keep the sword from rattling around (this was probably added due to complaints). The faux leather on the scabbard is creased, as others mentioned, and there are a couple of minor scratches on the cross-guard, but I think this adds character to the sword. The packaging wasn't the greatest, but the fact that the sword didn't break in transit made me even happier with my purchase. All in all, I'm really happy with this sword. Your friends are sure to be impressed with this addition to your wall or costume and they'll definitely be surprised by its inexpensive cost.

It’s a great sword!
I didn’t expect to get a sword of this quality for so cheap. It isn’t expected to be used to fight. Although I wouldn’t want to get hit by it. It resembles Aragorn’s sword from Lord of the Rings. It’s not very heavy. It’s not sharp but it’s edges are thin. It would be great to hang on the wall or for taking to a cosplay even. The sheath looks great too. I wouldn’t expect the belt that it comes with to be reliable under stress if your thinking of using it for cosplay; it looks like it would snap. The covering that surrounds the sheath can scoot up and down pretty easy if you pull on it. The sheath feels cheap but I’m not going to complain. The blade does give to bending a bit but doesn’t wobble like a rubber sword. It’s decently firm. Again, don’t buy this if want a battle ready or even a training sword. Those are full-tang swords and are designed to withstand an impact. This sword is not- which means it is simply welded to a piece inside the handle. It’s as strong as it’s weld. The blade would most likely fly of the handle if you were to hit something hard enough and smack you right in your pretty little acne-covered nerdy face.(sorry but if your buying a sword AT ALL, you’ve got to be a little nerdy)P.S. You might actually get a pretty wicked cool scar if you hit something hard enough.
