💫 UPDATED REVIEW - 01/08/2020:I really wanted to take the time to write a proper 2nd review for this product, as my first review expressed a lot of doubt and disappointment.I will start off by saying that the customer service is top tier. I've never had a company reach out to me in such a manner. It is evident that they are very focused on customer satisfaction and want to establish a positive name for themselves in this market. I have a lot of respect for companies that value an honest value vs. exchanging products for positive ratings. In my exchanges with them, I can tell that they are very much the former, and so here I am again !My original review was on their bluetooth 5.0 wireless earbuds. I initially believed that the pair I received were synonymous with the ones I had seen on Aliexpress in both design and presentation. I found pairing the two earbuds to be rather difficult, despite following the listed directions in the manual, which added further disappointment to my assessment. The little egg container was very minimalist and cute, but a bit unimpressive.I was sent their upgraded version (listed as " Wireless Earbuds, Torteco Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Headphones with 3000mAh Charging Case TWS Stereo Earphones with 140H Playing Time .. "). I can say I am very pleased with this product ! The digital display + power bar indicators on the charging case is VERY convenient. It's so nice being able to track the charging progress, something that is absent with the earlier earbuds. The pairing process was super duper easy ! I am unsure of what caused my inability to pair the two earbuds to one another first time around, but I had no issue with it this time. The sound quality is very lovely, crystal clear. They fit comfortably in my ear without needing to change the ear tips, though I appreciate having alternate ear tips just in case. I just wore them to gym with no issue whatsoever, listening to some Megantheestallion while getting my cardio on, then swapping to TWICE and Red Velvet while lifting weights. :)All in all, I am extremely pleased by the product and blown away by the friendly customer service. I will tell all of my friends who are looking for some wireless earbuds but don't want to pay the 200$+ price tag.Best wishes to you all this new year, friends⭐️----------ORIGINAL REVIEW~I was pretty excited to purchase these as I wanted to replace my wired headphones that I use in the gym. As usual, speedy shipping due to Amazon Prime. Packaged well as always. However, I was super disappointed in them.I try looking around for good deal on Amazon as I love using Prime, but these honestly look like most of the wireless bluetooth earbuds sold on Aliexpress that go for half the price. Sure, the shipping will take a while (I don't mind waiting extra time if I'm paying $5-$10 total; my current headphones are just fine !). Really, anyone could buy from there, print their brand label onto these items and resale on Amazon. It happens, and I'm sure a lot of us are aware of that.My advice is if you need something NOW, then these are probably okay. But if you prefer to save money, realize that you can probably get this same pair on Aliexpress. Aliexpress is pretty cool and I do recommend it to my friends. I see a lot of stuff from there resold on here for super stacked-up prices, and it annoys me .. but I do understand the power of " convenience. "Also I couldn't get the earbuds to pair to one another other (though pairing to my iPhone was a breeze). Sound quality was nice in the single functioning one. I can't speak for noise cancellation or the overall battery life as my sudden epiphany caused me to repackage them for refund.Also also: Not being paid to promo Aliexpress ! I have quite a few reviews here as I like to be honest / helpful to my fellow Amazon shoppers ! I hope I was helpful here, too. 💕

Worked for a day. When it worked, it was clear. Instructions to connect are very, very tiny to read so took a while to get it right. Wouldn't auto connect the next day and when I finally reconnected them, only one bud worked.

Update: the right earbud stoped working completely 😭---------It's my first experience with Bluetooth earbuds.The size could be a bit smaller for me personally.The sound quality is fine and it's easy to set up and use.I think for the price it is an awesome deal! :)

The right one cuts out sometimes. I bought them for sleeping but after about 6-7 hoyes I get wken up to "low battery please charge". The tapping control goes between stubborn and sensitive. If I drop a bud it shuts off and I have to return it to the charging station to reconnect. Overall they're a good buy.

Like the way they fit in ears , but the right ear keeps cutting out...was able to reset by putting back in case , but now that dont work, purchased oct 28 , 2019. Appears this is a defect as other reviewers are having the same issue. If Torteco has a 90 day warranty please advise on returning and replacing with pair that works, ThanksUpdate: 5 stars: seller replaced the earbuds that were defective the new ones work very good , Thanks

These look amazing and were comfortable fit in the ear. But the sound could have been better. Battery life could have been longer. Unfortunately one fell out if the ear first day of use and broke. Only had one earbud from then on. It was disappointing.

Will not stay paired. Connection constantly drops off then reconnects. Sound is acceptable. I would have kept them but the dropped connections are a deal breaker.

Buds are a bit to large for me. I have small ears. Maybe a range of replacements for comfort.
