Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) is a type of B3 that can be found in low amounts in a wide variety of foods, such as fruit, vegetables, and meat. In concentrated form, NMN has been found to raise Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) levels in the body. NAD is very important to all organisms. If we had no NAD in our bodies we would die in about 5 seconds. As we age our NAD levels decrease to the point where we have half the amount of NAD at the age of 50 than we did we when we were 20. Without a large amount of NAD in the system, Sirtuins, our body's natural protectors don’t work. Without Sirtuins working, our bodies begin to rapidly age, causing cellular degeneration, and making us more susceptible to diseases. Strength not 100% pure NMN. Contains Resveratrol also.
Before buying and using I felt the price and strength were best value on web without going to Chinese rub ish .. unfortunately I did not experience the great effects with this nmn product as I did with the ProHealthLongevity bulk product. It's somewhat deceptive on this Life product because the ingredients DO NOT List Resveratrol as an ingredient.. however upon closer scrutiny of the package labeling one will notice the small print of "Enhanced with Resveratrol" .. although extremely beneficial as a life extending nutraceutical .. Resveratrol worsens my Chronic Hyper Insomnia and MOTNA middle of the night awakenings.. the Elysium Beth product contains the next generation Resveratrol called pterostilbene.. it is more effective than Resveratrol.. however, I SLEEP better with straight NMN sublingual without a Resveratrol product.. and I thus gain a LOT more energy.. this is probably a good product.. I could have given it more time, it's just I felt like a CHAMP almost immediately with the ProHealthLongevity product. This isn't doing that, even at 1 gram a day. I also notice that this product does NOT state it is 100% pure Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) powder..

Pill of Life NMN has changed my life completely, I feel and look a decade younger after using the recommended daily use of 500mg. just an update...
Ive been taking this NMN for about 2 or 3 months now. Is there a difference? At one time, I thought there was, but now, not so sure.Am I, or are 'we" just kidding ourselves, thinking some pill is going to reverse aging....the only way to know If this pill is making any impact at all would be to quit taking it and see if there really is a difference in the way i feel, and quite frankly that is a reasonable consideration, especially since most sellers change $70 and up for 30 pills.

I counted the pills and it is 60 capsules. I have no idea in terms of the content, but I would like to support someone who potentially can bring the price down on this thing!!!

Amazing Product
A friend of mine put me on this product because he felt more productive when he was on it. Ordered and came really quick. Great product and did what it says it would do! Energy levels boosted as well as my Memory was sharper! Would definitely recommend!

Made from pig skin! Causes inflammation. Redo formula please
Horrified to learn that this "pill of life" is made from a dead pig's skin. Sounds more like "pill of diseased death". No reason to put inflammatory-causing gelatin (aka pig skin) in the capsule.
