Used this piece to extend the toilet fill valve shank when the tank was placed on a higher bowl
I installed a comfort height bowl which in turn raised where the toilet tank sat. This made my water line too short to connect to the toilet fill valve shank. Didn't want to cut of the existing valve assembly just to add a longer water line - only needed like a 1/2 to 1 inch. So, I used this piece to extend the toilet fill valve shank when the tank was placed on a higher bowl. No leaks! Works great! I didn't have to modify any plumbing to install my higher sitting tank.

Haven't used it but the seller is nice with purchase and returns
Due to our own issues, we haven’t got a chance to use it. The looking of the part is good though. I left a 4-star here and will come back and add more if we use it in the future.
