Luxury Shower Faucet Set with Temperature Display, Bathroom Digital Shower System with 12” Rain Shower Head, Chrome Finish

The rain head pivots and works nice. I contacted customer support for assistance with the cartridge (mixing valve) and they were very helpful. The videos on how to maintain the system are very helpful. What would be helpful is if the tool to remove/install the cartridge is shown or available to purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  Derpras product has really poor quality. I bought its luxury shower set. Only 8month later, the faucet starts dripping. Contact Derpras for replacement of faucet, it took almost 3weeks to get the wrong parts. See the video, now the shower could not be turned off. It is terrible nightmares to have Derpras. Thinking about another huge cost of remove it and install other brand shower . Strongly recommending you don’t buy its product

Good quality and feels solid. The wires are a bit long and that creates a slight problem tucking everything in when you’re putting the front cover face plate on. I think there should be a very thin o-ring under the front cover faceplate to stop water from going into the unit. Overall, this is a good product. I’ve installed it but not fired it up yet. I’ll amend/update my review when I start using it.2/9/20..Post installation (update): I’ve been using this shower system for a few days now. My favorite feature? The rain shower head. I’m in love.Wish list: l’d like the display to be a little brighter. I’d like the leaver that diverts the water from the hand control to the rain shower head should go from 9 o’clock ( or 3 o’clock) to 12 o’clock. The icons that indicate where the water is being diverted are located on the selector knob as opposed to on the large faceplate. They would be more useful there. These are just a couple of minor dings. I would recommend this shower set to a friend and buy it again.2/25/20..Update..The hand control is a little too slim and it should have a means of controlling the spray pattern.

It is nice, except for 3 issues:beware that you will need to break the wall to install. No big deal if you know but you'll need a plumber.the support for the hand showerhead is supposed to swivel. But the screw which tightens it loosens up quickly,so that the swivel becomes too lose. in other words, either you tighten it hard and it does not swivel, or you loosen it, and it becomes unstable.more importantly you need high water pressure to really enjoy the waterfall, which is not our case. May be there is a way to adjust and increase the flow? Oddly, as we increase the water temperature, the flow diminishes

The contents were packaged extremely well, both in the shipping box and the manufacturer's packaging. The product looks to be exceptionally well made with quality materials and a beautiful sleek design, that looks even better in person than the online photos. Majority of the components are made from metal, even the outer parts of the handheld showerhead hose. Seems as though it will last a long time. And was a fantastic price for the quality. Can't wait to install and use! Overall, I am very impressed with this product.

Would love to give 5 stars, but suddenly the cold water doesnt work. Only hot water will flow. Idea to fix? Cartridge assembly? Do we call plumber or send back item?Please respond soon..., as we loved this shower head set, until this occurred!Thank you!

Love the product. It's beautifully built and very stylish. I love the digital display that shows water temp and time the shower runs, and am amazed there's no need for wiring to make it work, good use of technology. Great product! I'd purchase again and recommend to friends.
