I’ve been considering trying out a Matcha tea for a while when this brand caught my eye due to the positive reviews and pricing. My first attempt occurred at 6 pm one evening, which consisted of 1 teaspoon of powder mixed with one cup of hot water. I should have read the instructions first. I ended up staying up until 3 am. The next day, I did a little bit of research, and discovered that the caffeine levels in Matcha tea can equal half the level of a full black cup of coffee.The next attempt was the same dosage (1 tsp of powder + 1 cup of water) in the morning with a dish of fruit. Then next day I mixed things up with a ½ teaspoon of Matcha tea powder with 1 teaspoon of generic Metamucil. In both cases, the taste was good. I took pictures to show the results. I don’t know why some Matcha tea powders are priced so highly. Despite choosing one of the lowest bidders, I liked the Umami flavor. The certification of ‘Organic’ was a nice bonus.

This stuff is great! I use a blender to mix it with almond milk and a little bit of monk fruit (sugar alternative, highly recommend it) to sweeten it a tiny bit and its incredible. Coconut milk will also sweeten it up. Im guilty of buying the starbucks drinks often but when I'm home I love being able to make it myself. Yes for the amount you get it feels pricey but thats the market for matcha. I've purchased this multiple times and have not been disappointed. I love the energy I get from this instead of coffee. I never feel jittery and my stomach never hurts, I just feel awake and more focused. Great quality!

I’m overall not truly happy with the purchase because the container is SUPER tiny. When I opened it—it wasn’t even filled more than half way. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, assuming it would make a strong brew but nope. It’s pretty soft and smooth (I tasted it with only water and no sugar as well). You’ll need to use much more to make a strong brew. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

This was the first ceremonial grade matcha that I tried when I was first starting to drink matcha everyday instead of coffee. I’ve since tried other brands that I like the flavor of more for certain situations, but this is still my favorite one for everyday use. It has a great flavor that isn’t so overwhelming as to be too much for some people, while also not being bland. I’ve tried teas that were much more expensive that didn’t have the quality or flavor that this one has. I’d highly recommend this if you’re looking for a place to start with trying ceremonial grade matcha.

I bought this as a gift for my mom but I received it without a top. Seriously? Here mom, here's the tea you like but there's no top. Yeah that's cute. I must have missed the line where the top wasn't included.Mistakes happen but this a consumable product that I need to make sure the seal didn't break before I even think about giving it to my mom to drink.

I just began taking this tea. The container is small. Not sure if this is a good value for the money spent.

Very nice quality. The tea is a fine powder & blends into liquid easily. I was a bit shocked that the metal container was 1/2 full. The quantity is small for the price point. I will not buy again for that reason.

I am glad that I chose this Matcha. I was worried about the quality when I ordered, but it turns out a good product. I have also been ordering it to my family members and they love the taste and quantity given!
