Weighter - Pro Kitchen Food Scale - Wall Clock - Thermometer - Digital Multifunction - Elegant White

I ordered 2 scales to have one at home and the other for travel in my car. They arrived in decent packaging, although the peel off plastic that was indicated to remove in the instructions was not attached to either scale, so both were smudged and slightly scratched. This is not a big deal for me as aesthetics for a scale are negligible in regards to performance, or so I thought. I went to test the scales with the tried and true method of using a nickel to see how accurate it is ( as a nickel weighs 5 grams). The first nickel I put on the scale did not even register on either of the 2 scales. So I proceeded to add 2 more nickels on top to see if it was just not sensitive on the low end. The 3 nickels did register on each, but with highly different values, 11 grams on one and 18 grams on the other. Quite a difference and neither close to the 15g it should have been. Needless to say, returned these and bought the Ozeri Pronto Digital Multifunction Kitchen and Food Scale, Elegant Black by Ozeri. Which will be arriving in 2 days. Hope this one works out better than this "Pro" Kitchen Scale

ADORABLE and ACCURATE....I am on a diet and need to weigh everything....It has such a small footprint. If you need to weigh a substantial amount of food, then you put an empty plastic plate on the scale and zero it out before adding food. I love this scale and plan to buy one for my son's small kitchen.....Arrived promptly and was well packaged.

Awful quality; the power doesn't ever turn off (not manually, and not automatically like it's supposed to either), so it wears out the batter fast and is an energy-waster. From other reviews, not all of them have this problem, but I'll be getting a different scale instead of this one.

The Weighter is awesome! I am using it for all threepurposes: scale, thermometer and clock. And best of all, it is hanging up out of the wayso that none of my precious and small amount of counter space is lost.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do! My only complaint is that it reverts back to the clock setting a little too quick, but that's a very small issue. It's adorable too! Would recommend.

This is smaller than a 16oz bottle of water. Very light weight, and portable. If you didn't already notice, the scale looks like a chef. Which is super cute!!!! I usually place a piece of saran wrap on the scale to weigh any protein. Cleans up very easy.

good to weigh small amounts (just not sensitive enough to measure few grams of tea, for example). would welcome less slippery surface and a display location that would not get hidden under the rim of the container
