Dont bother
A very powerful airflow, however highest heat setting is not sufficient to straighten hair. The combination of powerful airflow with a lack of heat only caused knotting in my hair rather than smooth straight lines. I can shoot the "hot" air onto my hand without it ever becoming too hot to handle. Concentrator nozzles fall off when using. Most likely due to poor design. Airflow is probably too strong for the nozzle to stay on. The filter piece on the back removes nicely but is next to impossible to get back on. Very disappointed in this product. I will be returning it. For the money, I am shocked at the poor performance and design.

Excellent dryer
I love this blow dryer. I have been using Twin Turbo hair dryers for over 15 years, I have owned about three models and I only upgraded to see how much better the next model is because I find they are all great, but of course the higher the watts the faster the blow dryer dries your hair so I am loving this one as it is EXTREMELY fast and I get to do my hair in less time. Love the cold shot function. I see that some people mention about the Nozzle coming off, as I mentioned, I have owned at least three in the past 15 years and I really never had that issue, maybe once in a blue moon it may come off but it takes seconds to just put it back on and very rarely happens, I guess you need to make sure it's secured properly. Highly recommend.

Salon Quality Dryer
I spend a good amount of money on my hair, I buy all quality products from shampoo to silken spray and oils and am at the salon every 5-6 weeks for roots! My hair is an investment and when my dryer died I wanted to bite the bullet and get a quality dryer. I have long hair that is to my waist so it takes a bit to completely dry. I asked my stylist which hair dryer to buy and she recommended the Twin Turbo 3200. The dryer is not as light as a dryer you would buy in a retail store, but it is easy to handle. It has 2 fan settings and three heat settings. Leaving the heat off you will have cool/room temp air, medium heat and hot, there is also a cool shot button if you need it during drying. I recommend getting a ceramic brush to go along with this quality dryer. It comes with two different size diffuser nozzles and a really long cord. I've seen other responses about the condition of the dryer when it arrived, mine had no breaks or cracks and arrived in original packing. I do recommend this dryer.

When I first purchased the hairdryer I was thrilled with ...
When I first purchased the hairdryer I was thrilled with it. It is powerful and I found that, possibly because it does not run as hot as my previous dryers, my hair is shinier and more vibrant when using it. However, it does take a bit longer than my previous dryer to dry my hair--and I am having trouble keeping the temperature from changing while using it. I accidentally hit the temperature control button almost every time.

BE AWARE - can burn your hair!!
This is the first time I ever write a review, and I have made countless purchases on amazon. I have used this dryer for close to a year, and recently the nozzle started falling off. It got to the point where it would not stay on, and I tried using the dryer without the nozzle. Worse experience ever. The dryer melted my hair together with the bristles off my round brush. I did not realise the fault was with the dryer at first, and replaced my brush with a new one, just to have the same experience. I have lost at least 2 inches of chair, and I had to go to the hairdresser to have my ends trimmed, after they had burnt off. It will take months to get back to normal, Needless to say that I would NOT recommend this dryer. I have used hairdryers for 20+ years and NEVER experienced anything like this.

You have to have the cold air on to get hot air!
I can't yet comment on the quality of the hair dryer, but I would like to note the very poor instructions. I actually filled out a return for this item because when I followed the instructions to turn on the dryer, the hot air would not come on - only the cold air. I was shopping for a replacement when I saw a reviewer with the same problem I experienced. I noticed there was a response to her comment" "You have to have the cold air on to get hot air." Seems like this should have been in the instructions? I went back to the boxed up item, took it out, turned on the cold and hot air together, and voila!

Disappointed
Still heavy, dries but leaves hair extremely frizzy. Had this brand for 30 years. First two red ones were awesome. Was thoroughly disappointed in this purchase. I really weighed the pros and cons in the reviews. The other two last ten years each. Only had this one for 5 months and not happy. It doesn’t generate as much heat as the older models.
