220V Electric Animal Poultry Feed Mill Grinder Corn Grain

I have had this corn grinder for a couple of weeks. If it has any life to it, it will be the greatest thing I have ever bought. It will grind a bucket of corn in a couple of minutes. It is amazing the power that it has.. I just wish it came in a 110 V instead of the 220V. But that was no problem. I bought a up and down transformer for a hundred bucks and now I take it anywhere I have electric power. The machine came to me in a short time and it was in good shape when I opened the box. It's made in China and is built for 220V (it cannot be reconfigured to run 110V). You can get a voltage converter fairly cheap, but make sure it can handle about 7 amps when the motor first starts. Once the start capacitor disengages it runs at about 1.5 amps. It also has a run capacitor; but, if you over feed and you are trying to get a fine crush on the first run it may bog down. I gave it 5 stars because it does exactly what I want it to. I can grind 25 lbs of debt corn to a course flour in about 20 minutes. Feed it slow and you can get it ground in the first pass. The grind plates are built well and the motor is beefy. The platform is strong and it sits at a good height for a 5 gallon bucket. Overall good product.
