MESHA Tricep Rope- Single Grip Free Heavy Duty Snap Link Workout Grip

durable, good grip, as expected with all tricep ropes.My gym didn't have a single grip tricep rope at Golds. I was sad. And all the meat heads who over do Chest and Triceps day hog the double tricep rope.So I came in with this single grip bad boy and all the gym rats came sniffing around waiting to use it, thinking it was the Gym's property.But I just casually walk away with it and know that sadness they feel when they didn't have a single grip tricep rope like I once did.BOO YAH !

I like everything about them except I ordered 2 and they seem to be different lengths by almost 1/2". This wouldn't be a problem except I was planning to connect them together on one cable and I'm afraid on of my triceps will get more of a workout than the other because of the different range of motion. Besides that, they seem high quality...

Exactly what I was expecting! but why do these things always smell funny new? doesnt' matter, the smell went away very quickly and it allows a very solid grip when doing one arm tri(s), overhead, downward, cross, whatever. can also be used for single arm bicep curls or whatever other exercise you've used it for in a gym. Basic required equipment in my book! Go lift heavy stuff!

Can't give it five stars because of how the hook is attached. It is screwed in and I need to retighten it regularly. So... I hope it stays together! The rubber base seems very solid.

Skip the high price meatle item and get this... It does everything i wont it to do and you can use fat gripz on it to.. Highly highly recommended... Get it now and u will see.

Good but not the best

I've been wanting one of these for years. Finally bit the bullet and order one. Thank God I order this because I love it. It works my triceps better the the D ring handle does. Love it.
