I was worried because I've seen some that do not match the description but the silicone is very soft, was easy for my daughter to understand how to use it (2 years old) and soft enough to have in her bed. Battery lasts quite long and the brightness is OK for her dark room.

My son was having trouble sleeping so we looked on here for a night light and found this he can have it next to him in bed or he can cuddle it as it’s soft and squishy not hard plastic has lots of different colours with a remote control so he can control it himself and also can be plugged in he loves this uses it every night was defiantly a good purchase would highly recommend

Had this for quite awhile now - must be 4 yrs or so. Its stood up to grandkids rough handling it and still works perfectly. Lights are soft and gave comfort to them at bedtime.

We were looking for a night light to help our elderly cat whose night vision seems to be failing. This light fitted the bill perfectly. It's rechargeable by USB, has colour options (we like the red at night), is dimmable, can stay on all night and is very cute :-) It's in our bedroom to light up a pet step for our cat so she can get onto our bed to sleep. We have it dimmed right down so it doesn't bother us. To turn it off and on with the remote, you have to press the power button underneath the night light to start. The cable is a bit fiddly to get into the unit where the micro USB port is located but that's my only negative. Could see it being useful for those needing to visit the toilet in the middle of the night - using remote to turn on.

Bought it as a night light for baby’s room. We use the orange mode for evenings so signal it’s bedtime. Then it turns out the light hypnotises our baby and keeps her entertained in multicolour mode and can distract from crying aaaaaaand is something fun to look at for tummy time! What more do you need! My only little niggle is that I wish the battery lasted longer as we keep it on 12 hours+ a day (baby sleeps for 14 hours). However, we do really appreciate it’s USB rechargeable so no faff with unenvironmental batteries.

A very cool lamp, I recommend it to everyone.
