It noticeably reduced chlorine (which dries my skin terribly) and the odor of rotten eggs that sometimes is in our city water (hydrogen sulfide.) This is basically a Brita filter for your shower and it works just as well, if not better, than it's advertised. Since the water is cleaner, it takes less soap to lather up and there doesn't seem to be as much soap scum to clean up.Try it out and you'll be hooked! ### ⭐ Use to work well, but now clog within 2 weeks *by N***M on Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2014* I've used these filters for years and recently repaced my cartridge housing after about 8 years of use.
