Hairgum Classic Hair Styling Pomade, 1.41 Ounce

I bought this product in France and it was the perfect styling product for my short hair, gave it shine and texture without being heavy or sticky, but then I must have left it on the plane home. I didn't remember the brand name but a quick Google search helped me recognize the packaging to find it. Even in LA, didn't look like it would bbe easy to find. Thank goodness for this store on Amazon! It arrived almost immediately and was exactly the same product. I hope they keep it in stock!

Hair gum is really the only product to use on course straight hair. It gives volume and adds layers and has staying power to last throughout the day. I started using this product approximately 12 years ago when my hairstylist recommended it. After the salon stopped selling it he started using other products when styling my hair and each time I'd ask if it was time for a switch and each time after confirming that I was still using this product he would say no. So, I continue to happily use hairgum. My only gripe is that it is no longer available at the local Ricky's, but I guess that's why Amazon exists!

This is not really a wax; its more like an old fashion pomade. Very shiny and VERY difficult to remove. It took me 3 shampoo applications to take all off.

Great hair product

Great hair wax. Provides a great hold on those tough to maintain styles. This product does not feel heavy on the hair and is not clumpy like other products. A must especially if you have short hair.

I've used this product for quite a few years now. it's the only product that works with my thick hair and smells delightful.Unable to buy in the UK so every year stock up when my Sister visits USA.Would highly recommend.

works well, and holds all day for me

Thought it does feel nice after your hair is dry, it feels like candle wax when applying it to your damps hair and WAAAAAAAAYYYY to hard to wash out. I have to use the hottest water possible to feel like it has washed out properly.

Excellent Quality. I've used many others but this hair gum works very well & is noticeably better - i'll purchase again. Also delivery was much faster than expected!

Je suis déçue par la taille de la boite, à peine plus grande qu'une boite de cirage.D'après la description, je pensais que ça serait deux fois plus grand. De ce fait c'est cher pour la quantité de produit.

J'ai toujours acheté cette marque,et très satisfaite pour sculpter les cheveux courts.

Je suis très déçu car le produit ne correspond pas à la description. C'est une boite de 100g de cire comme le montre la photo et non de 400ml ou 503g renseigné en description de l'article. C'est pour cela que je ne recommande pas ce vendeur.

Le rapport prix au kilo est excellent. Je suis satisfait de mon achat sachant que cette cire est de très bonne qualité.

ココナッツの香りが大好きなためワクワクで購入した所、蓋を開けた瞬間に鼻を突くようなエスニックな香り。ココナッツそのものの匂いはいまいち感じ取れず、やけに怪しいお香のような匂いがします。油性ポマードですがreuzelのヘビーホールドなどに比べると(成分上ミツロウなどを使用していないからかもしれませんざ)手のひらでの伸びの良さや髪に塗った際の馴染みの早さは優れており、感覚としてはbirdのclassicに類似しています。セットも手櫛、コームのいずれでも様になるようでホールド力もなかなかといった所。軽く汗をかく程度の運動をすると少し崩れはしますが手櫛でざっくりと直しやすく、性能としてはまさしくポマードの優等生といった所。シャンプーでの洗い落ちは油性らしく一回だけでは厳し目のため二回以上行うことをおすすめします。ポマードとしての扱いやすさは中々ですが、やはり匂いが気になります。どうしてもアジア系の雑貨屋に迷い混んだ気分になってしまうのがどうしても……。また容器もフランス本国仕様なのか蓋がネジ切り等もされていない普通のアルミ缶のため、そのまま鞄に放り込んだりしようものなら中身がバックの中を台無しにすること間違いなし。持ち運ぶ際には別の容器に入れ換えることをおすすめします。ポマードとしての性能は価格の点から見ても優れている方ではないでしょうか。同シリーズのstrongやwaterなども気になる所なので是非とも試してみようと思います。最後に製品の成分表示がメーカーのホームページにも記載がないので書き出してみると・ミネラルオイル、マイクロクリスタリンワックス、香料、クマリン、アミルケイヒアルデヒド、リナロール、シトロネール、ゲラニオール、リモネン、安息香酸ベンジルと製品には記載されていました。可能であれば他の製品に関しても成分の表示を行って欲しい所ですね……。
