Great product and even better concept!
I'm going to take a leap of faith guessing that I'm not the only one that feels like I'm on an easter egg hunt every time I need to ride my bike. Most days, I'll find my jacket on the couch in the living room, my helmet on the kitchen table (I bet your family loves when you do that as much as mine does...), and the gloves, hopefully, on top of the bike seat in the garage. I take it with a sense of practicality: just let the motorcycle warm up while you do your treasure hunt. Of course, it does got a little annoying sometimes. So annoying that I actually looked to Google to see if a solution actually existed. And there it was, the comically named "Helmet Hammock".I thought it would be a new product on the market, but after emailing the seller, which appears to form part of the company which designed and fabricates this item, I was sold. They we're extremely friendly and gave me all the information I could ever want on the item. Apparently it has been on the market for years and has a solid track record with many satisified buyers. I was a little undecided at first, but after the message from the seller I thought that it might actually be a great asset for my gear. After all, motorcycle gear is expensive and letting it get scratched and damaged from just leaving it around gets expensive after a few accidents. And if you don't think that yet, wait until someone knocks your helmet off the corner of the table and then tell me this item is too expensive to invest in.So, I ordered the item and received it after a few days. The seller even upgraded the shipping for free after asking about the product. Initially, I was surprised to see that it came all folded up, and didn't seem too much. The material it's made out of was pretty thin, but it doesn't look flimsy by any means. The straps to attach it to the clothes racks seems very rugged, and the fastening method was interesting. I really like how the gloves hanged on the sides, and the pouch at both the front and the back is really a great try to make a good product better. It perfectly fit my Scorpion Exo-1100 full face helmet, and I really couldn't imagine a helmet that wouldn't fit. The helmet fits both front in and back in, and I'm still undecided about which way I like it more. One interesting feature is that magnetic keychain which allows the keys to be placed at the front. The concept was great, but in practice I ended up a little unimpressed. The magnet is not very strong, and it's very hard to locate where it "attaches" to in the front. I really wish that the magnet were stronger, and that there was some markings as to where it should be placed. Or even better yet, simply use tried and true velcro. Maybe, and it's not a big maybe, it would be nicer if the interior of the helmet pocket were lined with some sort of fleece or soft material, and the same goes for the visor pocket at the top. Some visors are very expensive, and I try to make sure that there always protected by something that I can trust to not scratch it. And in this case, I bet it wouldn't, but that doesn't really mean I totally trust it either. Finally, one thing to simply take in to account is that you do loose closet real estate, and quite a bit of it, so you will have to decide whether it's worth it in your particular case.So in conclusion, it's a great product that is guaranteed to keep at least one biker from having his wife divorce him for leaving his gear around the house. It's not every day that you family is actually happy that you bought more motorcycle gear, but if that day exists, it's the day you buy this. I'm just surprised that I've never seen anything remotely similar before. So while I do believe that there are some small spaces for improvement, it does make me wonder if it would actually be worth it due to the increase in cost. That said, as it currently stands it's a great item to have around, and I think most people will be happy with it.Thanks for reading and if you have any questions feel free to ask!

Awesome tool to hang your helmet
I purchased the Helmet Hammock about 6 months ago. Before buying the Helmet Hammock I typically kept my helmet on a table next to my bed or elsewhere around the apartment. My helmet did take on a few falls from the table, which was part of the reason I bought the thing. When I bought it, I didn’t appreciate how nice it would be to have a consistent place to store my stuff. It’s amazingly made me more organized. I wear an XL Shoei RF-SR helmet with a Cardo pack talk bold headset and my helmet fits easily alone or with the Cardo installed. I’ve noticed that my helmet and gloves now dry faster than when I used to ball up my gloves and shove them in my helmet, so having a place to hang them is nice. If you’re on the fence about buying it, it’s well worth the money, and it will actually make you more organized and likely save your helmet from a fall or two. Lastly, I should say I was a little skeptical about the long delivery time but the shipping was fast… I received it in about 2 - 3 days with tracking (way faster than the claimed 2 weeks).

Helmet Hammock
I was skeptical, but this is a great product. When I bought more than one hammock they sent along extension straps free of charge. This allowed me to do the double stack shown in the picture. It was an easy installation in my trailer with NO modifications to the hammocks or my trailer. The hammock holds a spare visor, helmet bag, gloves, key ring, etc. etc. Very useful product.

Works great for hanging my snowmobile and downhill mountain bike helmets
Works great for hanging my snowmobile and downhill mountain bike helmets! Hangs them on an angle securely out of the way so I can use shelf space for other things. Help keep things organized too.
