I bought this for a chair-bound friend who appreciated the comfort and relief.

I loved having this for my chair at a festival in 100 degree heat. The kids fought over who got to sit on it even. Once home, however, I didn't know what to do with it because we don't have a lot of storage space and every chair I put it on it seems to end up on the floor because it is weighty and slides off easily. Especially with children around. I might empty it so that I can roll it up for easy storage - except then the cooling crystals would be lost. Glad that I only added water to one of them! Hoping to use it next to help keep the baby seat cool in the unbearably hot Arizona heat.

I bought these to keep my car seat cool while my car is parked out in the sun all day. Nope, didnt work. They were hotter than the bare seats. It is a sturdy build, No leaks and they’re quite cool when the sun has not heated them up. If your just looking for compfort, I guess you could try these, but not for the purpose I intended.PS, read the instructions. The packet of salt, lol, isnt salt, they go into the pouch before filling up with water. They get kind of jelly-like when wet. BUT no, didnt help the situation above.I keep ‘‘em on the floor in the backseat. Have to grab them every time.

I'm surprised these don't have a better rating! I'm ordering a third set - not because the others have stopped working/ worn out, but because I like to keep them in various places for convenience. I love how big they are and that I never have to remember to put them in the freezer/fridge, they're just always cool. These aren't ice packs, they won't be ice-cold, but they also won't leave condensation everywhere or be too harsh on bare skin. They're just perfectly, soothingly cool. Great for hot sleepers or just people who run warm in general. They will get warm after extended use, but that usually only happens if I sleep completely on top of it. Set it aside for a bit and it's cool again!

My husband is mostly wheelchair bound, wals a little with walker but mostly sits. He has been complaining his butt gets hot . So thats why i bought these so far he love's them even after they cool down just adjusting in his chair the water seems to help. Only had a few days and no leaks any where so far. Only down side its made of cloth which is strong and a good thing but slippery he almost slid out of his chair but I wrap it in the non slip type material and it solved the problem. Easy to fill i use a funnel.i also put one in the refrigerator and in the morning I swap them out. So he sits all day with just one cold one just fill with tap water.

I only received 1, not 2. I have not used so I cannot comment on quality.

All menopause women need these as pillow toppers!!! I use two per night as I alter them when one gets too warm, I switch to a cooler one. My grandson perspires a lot and he borrows these for cooling comfort. One suggestion: Do not fill up but half way as it will be too heavy. Fill little by little and carefully weigh to your liking. Do put the full amount of crystals but do not fill to full capacity.
