Great after sales service
I was pretty sure the lid shouldn't come apart quite like that - the black screw section should probably remain ON the container rather tha coming off more easily than the screw top.I contacted the support details , and they offered to replace the unit.

Very Disappointing!
VERY DISAPPOINTINGBought on 24/10/2019. Used on average once a day since then.Now no longer works at all. Have tried using new batteries, no luck.The appliance is completely dead.
