Excellent and beautiful. I used this on tennis elbow and sore shoulder, sore back and experienced much relief! As first time user, used in conjunction with "Sound Healing Chart - Tuning Fork Primer" by Marjorie de Muynck to get quickly started. This is a whole new world on sound therapy.
