I purchased this product for myself after I saw the price of a few competitors. This bottle was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. This is why I like this particular product:- I can change the crystals whenever I want. It came with three sets of crystals, each individually packaged in satchels.- I do not see any visible flaws in the class. The glass does not have waves or flaws.- The gasket at the bottom of the container is easy to remove. It is an entire flexible gasket that encloses the crystals and prevents water from leaking out of the bottle. It is easy to remove to clean and put back in place.- The logo is placed straight on the glass, professional looking, and feeling.- The sleeve for the bottle I was pleasantly surprised about. It looks great. The seams are straight throughout. I also flipped it inside out and the stitches were uniform throughout. It is not scabbed together pieces of material.- The loop carrying string I am also pleasantly surprised with. I am not concerned it is going to break as I carry it.- The packaging it comes in is great! It comes in a cardboard cylinder. Beautifully done and presentable. The recipient should feel like this is great quality upon receiving and opening if you decide to gift it.- The images shown is true representation of the product. I don't think any buyer would feel like they got something subpar or led astray.- The company contacted me shortly after the purchase to see if I was happy or if there was anything they needed to be made aware of. They provided a short history and mission about their company. It was nice touch.-I am very pleased. I believe this company is putting out a strong product and I do not believe you will be disappointed if you decide to purchase this particular product.

When I received this product from Amazon - it was cracked... I was SO disappointed! I had received an email from the company asking for a review - and to let them know if there were ANY issues... So i reached out to them - and within an HOUR of sending that email.. they had already responded and were sending me a replacement.I definitely expected a "we're sorry this happened, we'll do better next time" - I was absolutely FLOORED by how well and prompt this company handled my cracked bottle.I received the replacement bottle - and it was PERFECT! They had wrapped it in bubble wrap - inside the cylinder box that it had come in.It comes with a neoprene sleeve that keeps it from breaking during normal activities. Knowing that I'm drinking from glass - instead of processed plastic is a HUGE bonus for me. Being able to include crystals - amethyst for peace and energy, Rose Quartz for tranquility, and Clear Quartz for clarity - all of that makes the 100% hands down the best glass water bottle ever.I cannot recommend this company and bottle enough! 100% worth it! You will not be disappointed!

Definitely is not as delicate as some people are saying. I was expecting rather thin glass, especially the inner container, for the stones. Not sure how people are breaking it so easily. I was very worried at first and super careful with it. I accidentally knocked it off the table. It bumped the table and bounced and hit the carpeted floor. Nothing broke at all! The bottle is beautiful and I get compliments. I feel it is good for me energy wise. I put filtered water in it to be sure not to interfere with stone energy. I cleansed the stones. I recommend the little book about stones and their qualities and how to cleanse them energetically. It’s easy. You will see this wee book when you select the water bottle. I spent a long time looking at bottles and reading reviews before choosing this one and feel I made a perfect choice. My niece’s hubby got it for her too and she is very happy with it.

I've looked at *many* bottles for my crystal water and this one is everything I was hoping for! Thankfully the introductory price put it within my budget and bonus--it came with 3 kinds of quartz to get started. I didn't realize it until I read the instructions--you want to keep the crystal chamber completely filled to keep the stones from bouncing around which could damage the crystals or the bottle. After thinking about it, I realized I could add a larger tumbled stone of any kind and then fill in the rest with the clear quartz it came with as an amplifier. I may end up buying a few more so I can have different crystal waters on-hand. The seal to keep the crystals dry is strong so I'm personally comfortable using it with crystals that aren't safe for direct immersion. It is obviously fragile because it is glass but it is still very sturdy and may withstand minor bumps--hope mine never has to though!
