Alcohol is the top ingredient in this stuff. How did I miss that when ordering? Instructions say after removing the wand from the bottle, wait 10 seconds (card's instructions) or 20 seconds (as printed on the bottle) for the alcohol to evaporate before applying to your eyelid. But after that it still gives off abundant fumes, enough that my eyes kept watering and watering until I finally had to wash it off my eyes. How could this product be approved for consumer use near the EYES! The card that came with it says "self-manufacutred in the U.S.A." (their misspelling, not mine). Most likely hand mixed in someone's basement. Forget all the botanicals listed in the ingredient list; alcohol is all you need to know. Don't be duped into buying this product. How can Amazon let this product on their website?

This is a great liquid liner! I normally use a pencil, because I have a shaky hand. This has such a thin line brush I can make a fine line. It is true that one needs to let it air for 10 seconds, or you will tear from the alcohol. Great buy! And the company people are very helpful and curtious. Kudos to them! Thank you!

I gave used this eyeliner for years after purchasing it at illinois state fair years ago. I use lots of moisturizer and this is the only eyeliner I can get to stay on. I aye a pencil then this over it for better coverage but live this lip ink product!!!!!

Came on light and it stung when a little got into my eyes.

i hate it. dosen't work as described. washes off very easily with soap and water. i will never order from lip ink again. its a waste of money.

I have used the lip ink lipsticks for many years and absolutely love them. This is the first time I tried the eyeliner. I purchased the black color and was not satisfied. It cakes up and peels right off. On my left eye it turns blue and my right eye it stays black. I guess there must be some difference in the pH on the left eye. Anyway, I really need a long staying eye line and was very hopeful this would be it. But it did not stand up to my expectations at all.
