Very happy, one day play about an hour is enough, the next day they want to play again... thanks

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great claw machine. Easy to install,it take about 5 minutes to install and easy to play. The remote control handle can be played on the machine.You can also play with it in your hand.They likes this claw machine very much. They can play it for half an hour every day.

My 8yr old daughter couldn't wait to get this item. When we first opened the package there were no instructions. The USB cable and keys were missing and the stuffed animals. Luckily I had order extra. The remote didn't work properly and after a few days I went back and checked the reviews... My daughter was very upset that the claw and the remote were not working accordingly. So I request a replacement. I received the 2nd shipment fairly quickly and this time the box was properly packaged and instructions came with it! all the accessories too.She plays none stop and the family is hooked. Initially we were not happy with the purchase but, the 2nd shipment came in and all was good.

We bought this for our claw machine loving preschooler for his 4th birthday. He loves it! He plays with it for hour stretches which is unheard of for him! 😆 He figured out how the controls worked fairly quickly. I like that you have to put the little coins in to start it + there’s a time limit which makes it realistic. The only thing I can complain about is the panel that you need to connect the wires in is nearly impossible to open to connect said wires. You obviously only need to do this once when assembling so not a deal breaker. We also added other small little weight toys to the mix.

Customised the backdrop of the claw machine. Though the product itself is pretty entertaining, even as an adult. It was a gift for my Fiancé since she loves claw machine games and rubber ducks. So why not combine both? The rubber ducks are a perfect fit for the claw and the prize chute. Setup was very simple, but the power/led cables located in a pillars compartment is a bit tricky. I had to use a flat metal edge to open the compartment for the wires. Though all in all, it was exactly what was shown and it was a great purchase. 👍🏻

easy to put together. the piece that covers the lights on top wouldn't snap on so it just sits on top loosely but it's no biggie.

The reviews were good, so I bought it. Cute, but it never worked correctly. It was very difficult to set up, but once it is set up youre supposed to be able to load it through a little door at the top. but ours was always covered by the mechanical piece that holds the claw. So we got to shove the little toys up through the door at the bottom. But I set it out as a Santa gift and the first time she used it the remote would only respond to selective actions. Its a lot of fun to explain to a child why they cant keep their gift from Santa.

Ordered claw machine for Xmas gift. This is a fun claw machine. Happy with toys in it and how it works. Unfortunately, one of the battery connectors was missing. Hubby was able to find a way to fix it. Otherwise, I’d give it 5 stars.

I didnt expect that I would have to assemble the product. It was somewhat easy even though the instruction how to wasnt all that clear. My daughter spent most of the day playing with it and it seemed sluggish after a period. Part of the claw mechanism at the top was refusing to perform the complete function. I had to take the toy apart and reassemble it to reset it.

They're small but frustrating for my 3yo.The crane can move with the hatch open.I could not get the wire cover to clip back in. It's very stiff.It works well but has some slight flaws that I can overlook for the price.

It was difficult to put together and the pieces broken while piecing together. You need a screw driver to swap/install batteries. A lot of work for a little bit of fun.
