Introducing a new line of FTM gear - TRUHK! Based on traditional men's sizing, the Pouch Front Boxer STP/Packing Underwear have a unique 3 layer pocket to securely hold your STP/soft packer in place. Layer 1 (Interior pocket): Securely tuck in your STP/packer. Layer 2 (Center panel): Fabric O-opening (not an O-ring) to pull shaft through and keep your STP/packer from turning. Layer 3 (Exterior pocket): The contour pouch has room to tuck the shaft giving a natural hang. The open horizontal front pouch gives you easy access when nature calls. Not recommended for extra small packers.

Could use more accurate measurements for placement of hole.
Note: I have a Gen3 STP Pack-n-play from Peecock, measuring 3.5 in, until I can save for one from Emersil.Likes: comfortable, and stylish color.Dislikes: the hole is too high for a proper fit; my STP sits way too high for me to use it for that purpose and would also likely not be able to withstand the demands of "play" either, so they are only good for general packing. There is an inner flap that impinges the fit of the STP. The waistband is not supportive enough for the weight of an STP, probably not even a regular packer either. The material is thin and cheap and is the sort of weave that will start to "pill" easily. For $30 there are better products.Recommendation: try the RodeoH harness underwear. Super comfortable, quality build, and the hole is in the right place, plus it's reinforced with an o-ring. Some models even come with two holes!

So far the most comfortable underwear for a packer.
True to size. Very comfortable. Fits packer well and for the most part it stays in place. Would recommend.

It was worth the money for me
They feel thin and nice and comfortable. I dont know what other ppl are complaining about, they seem perfectly awesome to me.

Not good for STP
Bad for packing especially with an STP. Material is too stretchy and thin to securely hold it in place. I guess if you're just, like, shoving a sock in there that's fine but at that point why are you paying more for something with an o-ring and external access when there are simpler closed pocket ones?Material also feels thinner than the normal RodeoH boxer briefs... Weird. Just very weird all around.

Not great for packing…
While briefs are comfortable and stretchy, they aren’t suited for packing as they’re either too stretchy or packer pocket is too large. The packer flops around like a wet fish whenever doing anything. And I felt it bounce against my legs just walking. Secondly, the waistband is too thin and without ironing, will stay crumpled up and never flatten the same again.
