I ended up with a bunch of different 8" towels with various core sizes. This solved the problem. It dispenses all of them flawlessly. Great design.

Good quality. Accepts most rolls of towels without much worry about roll width or core size which is why I switched to these. Smooth, dependable operation, no jamming.

Great news with this dispenser is that it works with any different size brands or length of paper towel. The fact that you don’t need a spindle in the middle of it in order for it to work was an absolutely huge plus.

Item received fast. Sturdy quality. Don't forget to detach the 2 plastic keys before mounting on the wall, because once you close the top, it's hard to open back without the key! Easy to use. Requires batteries only. Dispenses paper towel at various lengths which you can adjust. It works perfectly so far. Great buy!

I was worried by some of the negative reviews, but I've installed this in my workplace bathroom and "so far, so good". It works nicely, the lever isn't flimsy, and the paper towel dispenses nicely. The only issue I had was that I put the paper towel roll "upside down" (it has to feed from the bottom, not the top) and so I jammed it at first. But just flip the paper towel roll and it works well. (I use brown kraft paper towel roll, and it's a pretty large roll). Installation wasn't the smoothest for me, because I didn't have the right tools. I'd recommend using drywall anchors if you're putting this just into drywall, which requires more than a basic screwdriver. Other than that, easy installation, just 5 screws (make sure you have the correct ones though; the screw holes are bigger than I was expecting so you need a screw with a larger head than the ones I had.)
