Gourmand SVC100 Sous Vide Water Cooker

I am disappointed that their was NO instructions or product warranty information contained in the shipping of this product. I am a person that reads ALL instructions before operating any equipment. Please send instructions! I've only used this Sous Vide 3 times & the timer & temperature control DOES NOT WORK! Please do not buy this product. First, no instructions what so ever came with this product. The company emailed me very, very basic instructions. Now after only 3 times having used this product the timer stays set at 23:59 hours. I have to set a kitchen timer. This product should have a one year MINIMUM warrantee. I have no one to contact from the company about this product. Of all the purchases I've made on Amazon, this by far is the WORST!

Disclaimer here - I own one of these but did not buy it on Amazon. However, I wish I had because I would have saved some money!To cut a long story short, the SVC100 does everything it says on the box and with no fuss. After many cycles it still performs accurately and efficiently producing – to borrow from their marketing handbook – “perfect results every time”. Frankly, it seems to do everything that much higher priced units do. I couldn't be happier.
