The Paleo Diet Bar Cranberry Almond - 2.47 oz

If you are on a paleo diet for health reasons (I am on the Auto Immune Protocol - AIP, diet) you really don't want or wish for sugar laden "gluten free" bars. This bar is the best I have found and is my go to for food on the go to address low blood sugar when there is no food I can buy out at a restaurant. If you are true paleo and GF & sugar free for health reasons, you know the pain of trying to find something on convenience menus that you can eat.One thing of note is these bars are dense. I happen to like that but if you have tender teeth they are a mouthful to bite into. I carry one in my bag at all times and often find half a bar is perfect. If sweet, high-carb bars are ok for you to eat, you may find this one so different that you don't like it. It may not be for you, stick with a Cliff/Luna/Kind bar.

I really wanted to like these. I donated the box to the local fire station, in the hopes some of the healthy hard working men and women there might like them. I like almost all protein bars. These look good on ingredients. Taste like bad wax medicine bars. How could these good ingredients combined taste so bad? I tried. I got them out of the house and tried not to waste this box.

Discussing. We really wanted to like this, especially because of the high price tag . But sadly it was not very tasty

I took one bite and it is the worst tasting nutritional bar I've ever tasted. Had to throw it out

Should have listened to the Sharks on Shark Tank, taste is awful.

These taste terrible and are hard to chew.

Love these bars. Reach for them when I need a snack
